Transportation Services
We understand getting where you need to be after arriving can be challenging. Often times Filipinos arrive without their own means of transportation and we know you have places you need to be to get settled. We can offer to help arrange transportation for you to get around the Des Moines metro area and make it to your appointments on time. We also can help coordinate larger transportation needs such as help moving large items. You may call or text us at (515) 661-4925 with your request and we will work to coordinate transportation with you. We ask that transportation requests be limited to appointments and other required visits.

Currently our transportation services are limited to the Des Moines metro area only. If you are located outside of the Des Moines metro area, please send us an email and we can assist in locating transportation in locations outside of Des Moines.
Clothing & Household Goods
We occasionally receive donations from the community such as coats, sweaters, and other seasonally appropriate clothing which may not have been considered when immigrating from the Philippines to Iowa. We may also receive other active wear for other occasions periodically throughout the year. If you find yourself in need of specific articles of clothing, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page and we'll be happy to accommodate the best we can.

We also receive household items through goodwill donations from the community. Items such as beds, microwaves, rice cookers, etc. are all items we have received in the past. These are available on a first come, first serve basis and are dependent on what we have available. Please reach out to us through the Contact Us page to let us know what you're in need of so we can better assist you.
