Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

 

• Be age 26 or under on March 31, 2026

• Be either a citizen or legal resident of the United States

• Be enrolled in or planning to attend a college, university or vocational school in the United States for the 2026-2027 school year.

• Letter of recommendation
